New Rochelle Bar Association |
MembershipWelcome! If you have not done so as yet, this is a perfect time to join the New Rochelle Bar Association and discover the benefits of Membership. By becoming a member today, you help to shape the future of the profession as a critical link in one of its involved and dedicated organizations, not only to the legal profession and our members, but to our community as well.
Join a diverse network of approximately 200 colleagues – in private practice, public service, the judiciary, government, academia, in-house, and law school, and those employed in related fields, who share membership, while expanding your personal and professional horizon. Bar benefits include FREE two-credit CLEs ten (10) months a year on a variety of interesting and timely topics. PLUS the added benefit of FREE lite suppers at the CLEs. Membership offers networking opportunities at our dinner meetings and social gatherings, and we provide a printed Member Directory and a quarterly Newsletter that contains timely articles on professional developments of interest, NRBA activities, and personal notes on members. The Bar also maintains a number of Sections, which members can join at no additional cost, that provide our members with opportunities to meet with colleagues from their practice areas. NRBA also sponsors a softball team where our members play in the City of New Rochelle American Division. Membership in the New Rochelle Bar not only provides support for your professional life through various member events and programs, but it is the best value (free with membership) around for those required continuing legal education courses.
Our annual membership fee, currently at just $100 for the current 2019 calendar year, is one of- if not- the lowest annual fee of any bar association in the Metropolitan area, and that price entitles members to monthly free CLE programs at which free suppers are provided. NRBA membership is truly a bargain in these challenging times!
You can join the NRBA immediately by completing an online application and submitting your payment through the mail. In order to join the New Rochelle Bar Association you must be one of the following:
