Thinking of an interior renovation?  Need a new deck or addition to your home?

This session will focus on the permit and legal issues of home improvements, and how to navigate the City's Building Department.

Attorney Richard Sosis, former chair of the New Rochelle Zoning Board, will moderate a panel of experts comprised of:

+ Real Estate Attorney Michele Tombini
+ Deputy Commissioner/Building Official Paul Vacca
+ Architect John Woodruff

The hour-long program of useful information and advice will be followed by a question and answer period.
